Availability: The seller will confirm the availability of the discus fish requested and provide an estimated delivery date

 Live ornamental fish are available for shipping only after they have been conditioned for a 2-3days to ensure their health and well-being during transit.

 Shipping methods: Fish will be shipped via Railway/Aircargo/Bus, once the order is confirmed someone from our team would be appointed to make all the co-ordinations and provide all the information to the client.

 Delivery time: Delivery time will depend on the shipping destination, but it will usually take 4-6 days.

 Packaging: Fish will be packaged in a secure and insulated Styrofoam box.

 Health guarantee: All fish are guaranteed to arrive alive and healthy.

 Returns: Live fish cannot be returned or refunded due to the nature of the product.

 Responsibility: The buyer is responsible for checking the fish upon delivery and reporting any issues within 2 hours. The seller is not responsible for any damage or loss after this time.

 Special requirements: If the buyer has any special requirements, they should inform the seller before purchasing.
