2. Live Fish & Livestock

Live ornamental fish and other aquatic livestock require proper care and suitable water conditions.

• We ship only healthy and carefully inspected livestock.
• Due to the nature of live animals, all livestock sales are final.
• We cannot guarantee the health or survival of fish once they have been delivered, as this depends on handling, acclimation, water quality, and aquarium conditions maintained by the customer.
• Customers are responsible for ensuring they have an appropriate aquarium environment before purchasing live livestock.

3. Orders & Availability

All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance.

If an item becomes unavailable after your order is placed, we will contact you promptly and offer an alternative product, store credit.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We work with trusted courier and logistics partners to deliver our products safely across India.

• Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary depending on location, weather, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
• While we take every precaution to package livestock and products securely, TANAQUALIFE is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or events beyond our control.
• Customers must provide accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses or contact details.

5. Payments

All orders must be paid in full before processing and dispatch.

We accept secure online payments through approved payment gateways and other payment methods displayed during checkout.

6. Returns & Refunds

• Live fish and aquatic livestock are non-returnable and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law.
• Aquarium accessories and dry goods may be eligible for return or replacement only if received damaged, defective, or incorrect, subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TANAQUALIFE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or services.

Our maximum liability for any claim shall not exceed the purchase price of the product concerned.
